Al contratar el auto por medio de qeeq.com, especificaba que tenía incluido el seguro Liability (contra terceros). Cuando llegué a levantar el auto en Budget, me dice el encargado que NO tenia ningun seguro contratado. Tuve que pagar 350 dolares aproximadamente para contratar un seguro que supuestamente ya habia comprado.. Por favor, necesito la devolucion de ese dinero, gracias

There was only one member of staff on duty and the booking process takes a while. With customers ahead of use and after a long haul flight another agent would have been welcomed. When it was our turn the agent was very pleasant and professsional.

No problems at all and the message sent to use during the hurricane was appreciated.

The staff were very friendly, and the rental company is right outside CBX, which is very convenient. The first car had some exterior issues, but they replaced it with a new one that was great to drive.

The car provided at the store did not match the one reserved and paid for online. They informed us of no available cars and asked us to go to the airport to switch. Only after three requests did they call the airport for assistance. The staff at both the airport and the replacement location were just average in terms of attitude.

This is my second time renting from this specific location. I actually went out of my way to use this office instead of a closer one because the customer service here is always amazing. The manager is wonderfully accommodating, friendly and makes the pick up and drop off process a complete breeze. Definitely my favourite location for car hires in Pasadena / LA area.

Car was great. EWR new car rental arrangements aren't the greatest. Only one staff menber was available for Avis & Budget till nearly my chance, so there was more waiting time. Staff service was very proffesional. Great.
