Car was actually issued through HErtz so car was an upgrade which was good. However the contract i had was for unlimited mileage yet HErtz wrote it up as 200kms per day. HAd we gone over our limit we would have had to argue about this. Hertz were supposed to email us a copy of the rental agreement but never did.

The overall service was excellent. There were so few people renting cars that I barely had to wait. It took no more than 10 minutes to record the driver's phone information and get the keys.
