“Once again a disappointing car rental experience”

We booked an automatic specifically but when we arrived late on Sunday night with 2 children we were told there were none available. Then they tried to get us to take a car with a totally damaged wing mirror and a light out,

During the pick-up it should be more useful of the guy to tell us something about the car and if I need to pay toll somewhere or if the car has some scratches then just try to sell us more insurance.

“longer to collect the car than to fly from London”

The queue at the pick up desk was at least 20 people long when we arrived and was very slow moving. It took around 2 hours to collect the keys. It took longer to collect the car than to fly from London.
