It's okay, maybe it's the rigid thinking of Germans, it's understandable. The steering wheel is too loose, which makes turning on the highway a bit difficult. This is a major issue.

The instructions given by the staff when picking up the car were very clear. Returning the car at the designated location with the self-service system was very smooth. Renting a car in Europe is really convenient.

Although we booked an Opel, we received a mid-range Passat wagon instead. Despite not renting a GPS, the car came with one! Our own GPS wasn't working well, so the car's GPS saved us. We really came to appreciate wagons after this experience. It was definitely one of the highlights of our trip.

The staff spoke some English, so communication was not an issue.
