When I returned the car, I asked the staff to inspect it. They said it wasn't necessary, and then a month later, they claimed there was damage and I needed to pay 500 euros for repairs! Terrible car rental company!

The service at the Venice shop is average. They marked the fuel level incorrectly when I picked up the car. Returning the car in Rome went smoothly; they didn't check much before accepting it.

Booked a Mercedes B class estate (or similar) got a Skoda estate which I was told was equal to a Merc... Thought I then agreed for the delta between used fuel and full tank, not a full tank so again was fleeced of an extra 50 euros. Price doesn't include VAT which is misleading. Kids' car seat pricing is a con as is the charge for an extra driver...

This is outrageous and I have received no assistance whatsoever from multiple employees at your offices in Bologna Airport and Milan Malpensa Airport. The amount far exceeds our agreed contracted to price without any justification.
