The gentleman at the store was very kind and enthusiastic.

The vehicle's performance was excellent. It was well maintained. We drove for over a month without any issues.

The car pickup process was very quick. After checking the documents and papers, I could pick up the car in the parking lot myself, which was very convenient. I recommend using Google Maps for directions to the store. The Milan train station store is easy to find. I returned the car at the Verona train station where the store is at the gas station.

I have a Hertz Gold Card, which made the pick-up process quick and efficient. However, since QEEQ couldn't link my account, the staff had to spend some time re-doing it.

I am not happy with service provided by hertz employee. They tried to charge me for damages which were already on the car on the day when I rented vehicle. I reported damaged to the hertz on pick up date to service assistant and the lady with unprofessional way didn't want to make picture or notes of the extra damages. After all they wanted to charge more than 500€ for scratches! I am highly do not reccomend this branch in Sardignia and will for sure never ever rent the car with them!
