Quite good

Picking up the car was fairly smooth. Handed over all the required documents, filled out a form, and that was it. However, the card machine didn't work well when charging my credit card. Even though I received a success message on my phone, they said it didn't go through and had to preauthorize my card twice.

Not a good experience over one hour to get served when I was 3 meters from the counter with 8 people in front of me, now Im being accused of causing damage to the car ( a scratch to the bumper ) which I did not as the car never left the hotel car park
