I've booked Corolla n got a similar one Kia which i felt was a downgrade and the car condition was not the best...right side of the car had lots of scratches and dented and the lady at newark was super gruchy, not friendly at all. However, return at Albany Airport, the staff was much more helpful and friendier

so far nil

The waiting time was terrible. After arriving at the airport at midnight, I had to wait 45 minutes for the Budget shuttle. When I got to Budget, I waited another 45 minutes in line, spent 10 minutes finding the car in the rain, and by the time I drove away, two hours had passed. I am so upset.

I was overcharged customer service was horrible with information about why was overcharged and I will never rent from this place again or refer any of my friends or family they are a company full of liars and scammers
