They said they close at 12pm, but when we arrived at 11am, no one was there. When we picked up the car, they upgraded us without informing, due to the language barrier we didn't know. We booked for 3800 on QEEQ, but at the rental company it became over 6000; it felt like we were completely scammed because of the language barrier.

Paid about 12 euros a day for a better model. Upgraded from Seat Leon to Toyota CHR. Could feel the difference on the highways. Definitely a good tradeoff
