The process with the U.S. driver's license is very simple.

I hope there will be no fines, and if there are any, please help handle them.

1. The return location signage was not user-friendly. At the airport, it was easy to spot signs for other rental companies, but finding Euro was a struggle, requiring multiple rounds to locate it.
2. During the return process, the staff did not directly point out or inform us of the scratches they thought were present. Instead, they asked us to sign on their work phone directly. Later, when we received the official document, we realized that the scratch had already been marked on the pick-up form beforehand, but the return staff either ignored or overlooked it.

The store service is quite good, but the parking lot signage could be more obvious!

Staff was great at pick-up. We had two car and there were a few people waiting in line but it went smoothly with the paperwork. No attempt to sell us on additional insurance as we had bought full cover from Easyrentcars. Once paperwork was done, however, in Florence centre, we had to walk a little to a garage to collect the car. Unfortunately, lots of people were waiting and staffs did their best to get everyone their cars. It was a little hectic and took a while, but the staffs did their very best. We may have just been their at peak pick up time too. Just allow extra time if picking up in Florence centre.
