The staff at the store and parking lot were very friendly, the process was quick, and there was no pressure to buy insurance. They even provided us with a more spacious Hyundai Tucson Hybrid, top configuration, equipped with adaptive cruise control and lane-keeping assist. The car's performance was excellent, effortlessly handling the winding country roads of Tuscany.

Overall quite good, no queue for pickup, took 20 minutes, consulate notarized documents needed.
