Easy booking with EasyRent, disappointing experience with Enterprise

The service was good, and the car was in great condition. However, I booked for 180 euros on QEEQ, but ended up paying 206 euros at the location. Couldn't understand why the price increased, so I just paid the extra and took the car.

The store is quite small, but the customer service representative was nice. Initially, it was promised that the car would be provided with a full tank of fuel, but it turned out to be only 1/3 tank that we had to buy. Also, the Audi A4 model was replaced with a Nissan Qashqai.

The car rental service is quite good. The vehicle provided was the one we booked, very new and excellent!

We rented a Ford S-max minivan to go skiing to Austria. The car was all the time located in the secure car parking in front of the hotel. Unfortunately, either due to the cold or snow, the car window cracked. There was no sign of any external damage. When I returned the car, a member of staff told me that it should be no problem. When I got home, I saw a bill for 500 euro. I feel that I got ripped off for nothing(manufacturing defect). Good luck in resolving this issue as well, the expected response times are longer than 7 days.

Amazing manager at the airport.Did not want a silver car and he was happy to change the rental car to a different color.Very pleased.
