Returning the car was straightforward; I just handed the keys to the staff without any unnecessary upselling or hassle. The journey went smoothly without any issues—a very pleasant car rental experience.

Overall, the car rental experience was satisfying, despite encountering some issues such as a flat tire caused by a nail during the trip and needing an urgent repair. Renting for 21 days during the busy July season, traveling through 7 countries, and driving over 4300 kilometers for less than 7000 was truly a great deal. The service at the Sicily by Car branch near Milano Centrale train station was excellent. They fully adhered to the contract booked via QEEQ, without any pressure to upsell insurance. The staff assisted with car inspection, and they were responsive to any issues that arose.
