Very good, the staff were very nice. They simply explained the insurance options without any hard sell, mentioned them briefly! Everything was explained clearly, and the return process was very convenient.
Very satisfied. Just be sure to check if there are any warning indicators on the vehicle's dashboard during the rental period, and address them before returning the car; otherwise, there might be additional charges later. This was not mentioned during pickup.
Car was exactly what we expected, in fact we got a minor upgrade to a Renault Symbioz. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, offering us suitable add ons for our needs.
