Both pickup and return were quite smooth. The only issue is that it's a bit far from the airport, but considering the specific car model required, it's acceptable.

The car model was not very satisfactory. I had reserved a Polo but was given a Hyundai with a 1.0 engine displacement, which is unfamiliar since this model isn't available domestically. It was essentially downgraded by half a level and struggled on the highway. Apart from that, the vehicle was quite new, in good condition, and both pickup and drop-off were smooth and convenient.
