Great, much better than the Frankfurt train station branch by a huge margin. Anyone traveling to Frankfurt should book a car at the city center or airport locations. Avoid the train station branch—it’s a complete rip-off.

Thanks to Sixt's service, I was able to return the car smoothly. Due to road closures and traffic jams, and being in a rush to catch a train, I didn’t have time to refuel. However, Sixt proactively informed me that they wouldn’t charge double the fuel price. That said, Sixt's customer service hotline was impossible to get through. When I finally managed to connect, I was told they couldn’t speak English.

The rental company processes quickly with minimal queues.

Since domestic insurance requires advance payment and reimbursement afterwards, I opted to purchase on-site insurance which eliminates the need for upfront payment. Although it's pricier, it offers peace of mind.
