The staff were friendly. Although communication in English was a bit challenging, they made great efforts to explain. The wait time in line was a bit long.
There was a small issue. The vehicle booked through the platform was supposed to fit three 24-inch suitcases, but the actual vehicle provided did not have enough space. I had to pay extra to switch cars, which feels a bit like hidden charges. However, the service attitude was excellent.
