The car pickup process was very convenient. After completing the paperwork at the store, they provided a map, and following the directions made it easy to access the pickup point. Most importantly, renting in Bangkok and returning in Phuket did not incur any one-way rental fees. I rented for 15 days, and the return process was very smooth.

The car condition was good and very clean. Returning the car was simple, they just took a quick look without conducting thorough inspections, so you can rent with peace of mind. The staff at the store don't speak Chinese, which makes communication a bit challenging. Additionally, contact methods are either email or phone, which can be quite frustrating. Unlike other car rental companies that offer WeChat support and have Chinese-speaking staff, this company doesn't provide such convenience. With other companies, you can contact them via WeChat in advance for returns, which makes handling unforeseen situations easier. If it’s your first time renting a car in Thailand and your English isn’t good, I recommend choosing FlashRent. Although it's more expensive, it’s much more hassle-free with simpler procedures. For example, last time I rented with FlashRent, their staff were available at the counter even during late-night hours. In contrast, this company claims to be open 24/7, but I couldn’t find anyone when I arrived. Eventually, a kind lady from a neighboring car rental company helped me get in touch with them.

Be cautious with this car rental company. The car was small and quite old. If you've ever encountered landlords using a blue light to nitpick when renting houses, this car rental company is quite similar. I recommend choosing a rental option that allows waiving deposits using credit scores—avoid using a credit card as collateral, as it puts you in a disadvantaged position. While abroad, you won't have much recourse. They used a light to find a few specks of dust and accused me of smoking in the car, fining me 7,000 THB. Honestly, I was so angry I laughed. Sigh.

The return service was extremely poor. Never rent a car from Chic company. I returned the car half an hour late and was forced to pay a full day's rental fee. The return location was very difficult to find; the GPS kept leading me to the wrong place, and I ended up wandering around the airport, wasting time. I tried to explain to them, but the lady at the counter acted like she desperately needed money, saying, 'We gave you maps and pictures; being late is your problem. This is company policy.'
A friend of mine rented from another company for the same timeframe, and they were understanding—no problem at all.
While it's true I returned the car late, the delay was very short, and it was caused by the difficulty in finding the return location. Most companies would be understanding in such cases, but Chic was horribly strict. I definitely won’t rent from this company again!

前回のASAPレンタカーと一緒で、また、言いがかりをつけてきました。ほとほと、スワンナプームのレンタル会社に嫌気がさしてきました。 ASAPは前回で相当嫌な思いをしたので今回はこのレンタカー会社にしましたが、この会社を中国系の企業らしくASAPと一緒です。 前回同様、返却時に車内で煙草を吸ったと言いがかりをつけ、クリーニング代を4000バーツ請求してきました。 今回は私が日焼けで皮膚がボロボロのため、皮膚の欠片が床に落ちていたにも関わらず、タバコの灰だと言ってききませんでした。 喫煙していないと何度も主張しても、まったく取合わずデポジットからクリーニング代金4000バーツを請求してきました。 このデポジットというシステムですが、クレジットカードでレンタル時に払うため、レンタカー会社の都合でいかようにもなります。レンタルする側はどうにもなりません。 後ほど、Hertsのスタッフに聞いたところ、中国系のレンタル会社は日本人には適当にデポジットから保険や車両の傷、ガソリン代や清掃代など請求してもそのうち諦めるからほっとくと話していたのを聞いたことがあると言っていました。日本人のみなさんほんと気を付けて下さい。

Counter staff were very very unhelpful and refused to release the car as it was booked under and different name and we used a credit card that reflected a slightly different name as our passport. We have rented in so many countries and have never encountered a request that the credit card and to match the passport name! After 45 mins of proving our identity in everyway possible, and only when we asked to speak to their management, did she suggest that we could call QEEQ to change the booking name. QEEQ only took 1 minute to send us a new voucher and we got the car. Yesaway staff has the solution the whole time but they rather spend 45 minutes trying to turn us away. Very bad experience!

The car had multiple scratches, so I took several photos to confirm that these damages were not caused by me. I forgot to check if the windshield had any scratches during pickup. At drop-off, a female staff member specifically pointed out a small scratch on the windshield, claiming I caused it, and asked if I had recorded it with photos during pickup. After some discussion, fortunately, a male staff member came over and confirmed that the scratch was not my fault. It's really important to thoroughly check the entire car, including the windows, during pickup.

Very satisfied. As it was a last-minute booking, I asked if I could pick up the car two hours earlier. The store was very responsible and arranged for a dedicated staff member to deliver the car to the airport. When returning the car, a staff member also came to collect it. The car has a rearview camera, and the front windshield is equipped with sun protection film. Overall, very satisfied.

The service was mediocre. Staff at the pickup location were unprofessional and had an indifferent attitude. Especially the pickup/drop-off staff on the first floor; they looked grumpy, extremely impatient, and acted like you owed them money. If you can't handle your temper, you shouldn't be working! There is a stark contrast between their attitude and the excellent service at Yesaway and other counters at the same airport from previous bookings. Efficiency was poor; there was only one customer in line at the front, and they waited for nearly half an hour just standing awkwardly. Both pickup and drop-off are at the same spot, handled by the same employee—the grumpy one throughout. I will never rent from them again. Other counters have service attitudes 100 times better.

On the day of pickup, the rental company suddenly emailed us about changing the pickup location, causing significant trouble for us and wasting half a day. When I called the rental company, the customer service agent's proficiency in both Chinese and English was mediocre, and they struggled to understand my request. I was using the Grab ride-hailing app and couldn't accurately locate the address provided in the Google Maps link from the email. I requested a clear address in either English or Chinese, but even such a simple request couldn't be fulfilled properly.

The main staff handling paperwork was warm and friendly, but the person who took me to inspect the car seemed inexperienced and didn't know how to close the rear trunk. The car wasn't provided with a full tank of fuel, which was surprising, though the staff couldn't communicate in English, so I made sure to take photos to document it. When exchanging the car, the inspection staff claimed they would charge for fuel, but after showing the photos I had taken, they quickly admitted it was a mistake in their colleague's record. Later, they mentioned no deposit would be deducted, but I haven't received any confirmation yet.

Avoid this small company. The car provided was heavily used with its odometer tampered with. While it showed 40,000 kilometers, the actual mileage is likely more than 100,000 kilometers. The condition of the car is comparable to a nearly scrapped taxi (see picture). On the ferry at Koh Chang, the fuel pump broke down, truly unbelievable.

The staff was lazy and had no sense of time. They took me to pick up the car well past the scheduled time, and the car's battery was dead and wouldn't start. Do they not check the cars before handing them over to customers? I was delayed for four hours with three kids sleeping on lounge chairs. All our pre-planned schedules were disrupted and compressed. They gave me a different car that was even older with over 80,000 kilometers. Normally, if they cause trouble for the customer, they should upgrade to a better car, but they didn't. They are not the car rental company I booked with; they said they are just their partner. This is deceptive to consumers.

The pickup location was very far from the actual spot, and they didn't have a counter inside the airport. My SIM card only had data but couldn't make calls, so I couldn't find anyone and had to buy another SIM card to contact them. They initially said Entrance 10 in the Arrival Hall, but after several phone calls and moving around, we finally met at Entrance 8 in the Departure Hall, wasting an hour. If you don't speak good English, it might be really difficult to communicate. To avoid uncertainty in your travel, I strongly advise against renting a car from KPN.

Need to sign another contract with 5000 baht deposited for car damage. The document had a small tick on one damage, it was rule out after request. But it was signed and return to the staff of KPN. Got the image that any mirror scratch( such as scratch by sand) will be charged. It is bad feeling than other car rent companies in Bangkok.
