Originally rented an economy SUV but was given a Volkswagen Golf hatchback instead; couldn't fit the luggage and had to upgrade to a Tiguan. The latest model Tiguan is really great. Drove 2600 kilometers with it, very stable, which is surely related to the car being new. No unnecessary or deceptive fees. However, car options in Munich were limited, and rental prices were relatively high; I recommend renting in Hamburg instead. Additionally, the return process was efficient, and the deposit refund was quick. Great service.

I rented an Audi A5 and got the same model. The car was in excellent condition, both inside and outside were very clean. When returning the car, someone inspected the vehicle, and if everything was fine, I could directly proceed to the terminal for check-in. Very fast and convenient!

The condition of the car was excellent. During the longer rental period, Hertz provided the most considerate service when switching cars. Returning the car was simple and quick, with professional staff inspecting the vehicle and addressing any issues according to the process, showcasing the service standard of a major company. At pick-up, I mentioned that I had already purchased full insurance, and there were no attempts to sell additional insurance throughout the rental process. Overall, an excellent car rental experience. Hertz will definitely be my first choice for future travels! Encountered a yellow warning from the vehicle's electronic system, and QEEQ's customer service provided timely support.

The car model was not very satisfactory. I had reserved a Polo but was given a Hyundai with a 1.0 engine displacement, which is unfamiliar since this model isn't available domestically. It was essentially downgraded by half a level and struggled on the highway. Apart from that, the vehicle was quite new, in good condition, and both pickup and drop-off were smooth and convenient.

Thanks to Sixt's service, I was able to return the car smoothly. Due to road closures and traffic jams, and being in a rush to catch a train, I didn’t have time to refuel. However, Sixt proactively informed me that they wouldn’t charge double the fuel price. That said, Sixt's customer service hotline was impossible to get through. When I finally managed to connect, I was told they couldn’t speak English.

The route was easy to find. The underground parking garage was easy to enter and exit. The car, with 23,000 kilometers, was in pretty good condition. Both picking up and returning the car were very convenient with minimal waiting time. Communication was smooth. Additional cost for the destination in Austria was 30 euros, and adding an extra driver cost 70 euros, which is a bit expensive. Everything else was fine.

It wasn't Buchbinder (they were bought by Europcar?). Be careful in the return process because they will "find" you an invisible scratch that you will never be able to trace (like under the baggage hood) to charge you for handling and fixing fees.

Buchbinder is the worst rental car company in the airport imho. They offered a much lower class car instead of the premium one we reserved. They stated that its actually a better car because its bigger in size. We ended up trying to cancel with a fee. I would never go with them

Very busy when collecting the car. Made to sign paperwork before inspecting vehicle When I highlighted the condition with the man at car collection all the damage was put onto a duplicate sheet. He took a copy and I took a copy. When bringing the car back none of the damage had been passed on and they initially tried to say I had done it. Luckily I had checked the car and had all of my paperwork to hand. Alot of people will be caught out by this and I see it as a scam being run by the company. Very disappointed.

The car we were given was actually a Hertz car, not a Dollar one. Everything was fine, other than when we picked up the car, the guy at the rental counter in Munich specifically said it was a diesel car. Part through through our trip, we needed to fill up with fuel, nbut the diesel nozzle didn't fit the tank. The tank suggested it was petrol. We called Hertz to ask what to do, We were told that the records stated diesel and "good luck". we spent a lot of time trying to decode the VIN numkber, but that didn't help, we researched the make / model of the car (Ford Kuga) online but that din't help either. We were close to going to a Ford dealer to get their help but it was the weekend. So in the end we filled up with petrol and everythingwas fine. When we returned the car to Frankfurt, the person who greeted us told us it was a petrol car. Your records for this vehicle need to be cahnged, or at least not have your counter staff tell customers incorrect info. Other than that, the car was excellent

Pick up was nice and smooth. It took 3 minutes to scan all docs and sign the papers. Staff was professional and clear with explanations. Child seat was without isofix and did not look rigid but nevertheless vehicle had all necessary safety system functional. Van was spacious and equipped with parktronic which helped us to enjoy suburban drive. Drop off was perfect and complete deposit amount was returned on the card within 48hrs after rental

From the moment I arrived in Munich to pick up the car, Thrifty left an impression of simple and fast procedures. The female staff at the counter was kind and friendly. The vehicle was fuel-efficient and reliable, and there were no issues during the trip. Here I give a thumbs-up. When returning the car, I was unsure how to handle the €1000 pre-authorization. My English is not very good, and I had a confusing conversation with a male staff member at the counter. He became a bit impatient after a while, but then another male staff member took over and patiently explained everything in detail again. I got the gist of it. Overall, we are very satisfied with the excellent service provided by QEEQ and Thrifty. Thank you. For future travels, QEEQ and Thrifty will still be our first choice for car rental.
