When I reached the return point, the staff helped me switch directly, saving at least an hour that I would have spent going back to the office. I ended up being three minutes early to the client’s factory, which was over 300 kilometers away.

Queuing for car return took too long, everything else was fine

I was charged €70 for a second driver without being told it was extra- I would not have taken it at that price! An extra insurance was added that I did not ask for (€22). All in all I thought the priority was to add as many extra costs as possible “under the radar”!
