Pickup took quite a while. My booking was for 12:00 noon, but there were a lot of people, so it took about 45 minutes just to finish the paperwork. Then I had to wait until 1:00 pm for a staff member to drive us to the pickup lot, and that ride took almost 20 minutes as well. Overall it felt really long.

Car was in decent shape overall, just a few scratches on the outside that didn’t really matter.

The overall service was excellent, and the pickup and drop-off process was very convenient.

There were many people, so I had to wait a long time to pick up the car. I arrived at the store at 11:00 AM and finally got the car at 3:15 PM.

There is nobody at rental return Location with little instructions or signage to bring key back to desk. Can be improved
