If I had another chance to choose, I would never rent this MG3. From now on, all MG models are on my blacklist. The suspension is unbelievably bad. The front windshield and side windows have no sun protection at all; renting this means suffering.

The rental agency seems to be run by Indians as most staff are Indian. Their attitude is good, but the processing is slow because many tasks require manual input. They also asked for the CVV code for the credit card pre-authorization, which felt a bit insecure. Insurance was promoted but not forced, the condition of the car was good, and the return inspection was quick.

Very good service, all communication was in English. If something wasn't understood, the staff used Google Translate to help. The Kia Carnival 8-seater was excellent, and its screen could connect to Google Maps on the phone. Getting in and out of the car was slightly inconvenient.

The vehicle's dashboard showed a maintenance reminder, so I suggest the company ensures timely maintenance of their cars. Also, the service fee for toll payment collection is $2.95 per transaction, which feels a bit excessive.

Overall, it's fine.
