I rented a Toyota Corolla with five seats, and to my surprise, I was given a Toyota RAV4 SUV business vehicle.

The rental company service was fine, but they didn't provide the car I reserved and just gave me a different one.

Both T1 and T2 can be used for picking up and returning cars. For returns at T1, it's at the parking lot P7 directly across the street—make sure to watch for the signs as they're quite small and easy to miss. For pickups at T2, you need to take a shuttle bus to a parking lot. Just wait at the exit near the rental counter for the bus to arrive.

Counter staff were helpful and the pickup/drop off were both very easy.

The service attitude was excellent, and the vehicle was very new. I landed at 7 PM, and the staff was very patient, giving me a Mazda 3 with 10,000 kilometers on it. The car had high specifications, was very smooth to drive, and had unlimited mileage. Overall, it was a great experience, and the location wasn't far.

The information about needing a child seat that I filled out on QEEQ was passed along, and the seat was already installed in the car, so no extra waiting was needed. If you request a child seat on the spot, it might not be available. The car model was exactly what we wanted. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience!

There are several car rental companies, and this one has the least people, so no need to wait in line. It's very cost-effective and highly recommended.
