The service was good, pick-up and return were convenient, and the deposit refund was quick with no unnecessary fuss. A very positive car rental experience. Although the car wasn't a Rav4, it was of the same class, and quite good.

Great but we were not told that we would not get KIA Seltos. Instead we were given a Nissan Qashqai. There was a KIA Seltos parked right next to the nissan we got. That’s pretty disappointing. Would be great if we were told before we were given the car. We felt like we were downgraded since we got an older car (2022) and the KIA Seltos we saw parking next to us was a newer (2025) car.

Took a bit long to get the car, but other than that it was good.
