Great service, with clear overall procedures. However, buying insurance on the platform doesn't make much sense since you still need to purchase local insurance on-site.

I was really happy with the whole experience. The front desk staff were super friendly and attentive. They gave me a brand‑new car with only 29 km on it, literally just picked up from the dealer, so it was spotless inside and out. After I returned the car, they even drove me to the airport, which was really thoughtful. If I come back again, I’ll definitely rent from this company.
