I specifically chose Hertz to rent a Tesla, but I couldn't get the model I wanted. Everything else was great.

The car rental process was fairly smooth. The car provided was not a Corolla but a small Kia SUV. The car was quite compact, and the trunk couldn't fit large suitcases. Luckily, with fewer people, the back seats could be folded down to accommodate the luggage. The staff miscalculated the rental time by one extra day during the paperwork, and paying with cash on-site was a bit inconvenient.
