Even though I purchased the super insurance from QEEQ, I was still worried about old scratches on the paint and took photos and videos during pickup. The staff was very nice when I returned the car. Everything was fine.

A great car rental store located in the city center. The staff at the counter were very friendly, and this time they upgraded my car to an Audi Q5. Both the rental and return procedures were handled quickly. I will choose this rental store again next time I visit Montreal.

It's okay, but the time restrictions are quite strict. Returning the car more than half an hour past the scheduled time may incur nearly a full day's charge.

Picked up a Tiguan SUV at Ottawa airport and it was perfect—tons of space for all my luggage, simple paperwork, friendly service, and it was super comfortable cruising on the highway. Dropping the car off at Toronto airport was just as easy: hand the keys to the staff and you’re done. Overall a really smooth rental experience. The only minor issue was the car key battery dying and needing a replacement, but everything else was great. QEEQ’s customer service was also really helpful. I noticed some differences between the contract and my booking, so I checked with them. They patiently verified everything and confirmed the contract terms did match the order; the rental company just hadn’t listed them clearly. That really put my mind at ease. If you’re renting in Canada, try to choose a company that includes third-party liability coverage—many don’t. Budget is one of the few that does. It’s a bit more expensive, but definitely worth it!

Staff were very polite & helpful at collection point

The car was not correct! I booked and paid for a foord explorer 7 seater or similar but only got a Jeep 6 seater. Not the same and I paid extra for 7 seater! I went back to ask the budget cars rep and he said it was a 7 seater. But it was not and they would not check it over and said there was no more cars. We had to then pay for uber trips for the 7th passenger! This is no acceptable when I booked well in advance a 7 seater for 7 passengers.

So far since raising the complaint they have been co-operative and willing to raise the claim against the supplier budget cars. Including compensation for the costs incurred for it being incorrect vehcile. But this is only over email communication, I am waiting to see how this claim materialises.

Budget was great. We had tried to book through them initially but each time we went back to the site the price had gone up. Went through qeeq and got a good price for what we wanted.

Qeeq worked well. Had never heard of it before so was sceptical but that turned out to be unfounded. They gave us a heads up about the hold/bond that would be required on pickup which saved us stressing about it at the time.

They provided a 5.7-liter, 8-cylinder car.

The service was excellent and efficient; the paperwork and car pickup were completed within minutes.
