The owner is very nice. Since I wasn't very familiar with the road conditions, he specially accompanied me to practice at the airport roundabout. The service was very thorough.
The service was enthusiastic, they proactively asked about our arrival time and arrived at the airport early to pick us up. Very efficient and the paperwork was easy to handle.
We arrived earlier than our scheduled pickup time. After calling the rental agency from the airport, we waited for over 20 minutes before a staff member came to the airport with the car, and then helped us get used to driving on the left side before we departed.
