GREEN MOTION CAR RENTAL REVIEWS IN UNITED KINGDOM

Whilst the car was as expected and the counter staff were polite, we were forced due to Green Motion not being able to process our credit card for pre authorisation to purchase insurance that was more than the cost of the rental. We witnessed another customer suffer the same fate, which made us think it was a bit of a scam. Will not use Green Motion again.

Booking platform was as usual easy to use. Price drop worked well and saved us some money.

The vehicle was very dirty inside with alot of external damage. Green motion accidently charged me for an additional day prior to the vehicle return (the return date on qeeq was correct on the signed vehicle contract). They promised to refund me and never did. Luckily qeeq assisted with refunding me

This car rental company is really great. My English is average, and I am not familiar with UK road safety regulations. When picking up the car, a young Pakistani gentleman named NAVEED was extremely patient and helpful in explaining all the relevant details. He also helped me with other issues, taking over an hour before I finally left with the car. I am very grateful to him. The car was in excellent condition, easy to drive, and very fuel-efficient. Returning the car was also very simple and convenient—the staff did a quick inspection and even helped me load my luggage into the shuttle to the airport. It was a very enjoyable road trip.

Satisfied with the free shuttle to Hilton, and the car was parked in the Hilton parking lot.

Overall it's acceptable, though we were very prepared in advance. We took comprehensive photos of the car, so there were no disputes afterward. Reminder to everyone: make sure to take photos of the car from all angles when picking it up and upload them to QEEQ just in case. We just dropped off the car and are currently waiting for the security deposit to be refunded to our credit card, hoping everything goes smoothly.

The rental company is very professional, and their service is enthusiastic. The car rented is either of the same class or slightly higher, and all vehicles come with navigation systems. However, the return inspection is extremely thorough, using lights to carefully check for any potential damage. If you don't purchase insurance beforehand, buying it directly at the store will only cost an additional 100-plus pounds.

Called them, and within five minutes they arrived to pick me up. The process of picking up and returning the car was very quick, and the staff were very friendly.
