ESSENCE CAR RENTAL REVIEWS IN TURKEY

Upon arrival, the rental company 'essence' was nowhere to be found—it turned out to be HDY Everyday. After searching for quite a while, the instructions on QEEQ were unclear. Getting in and out of the terminal required passing through security checks. The promised pre-authorization was changed to an actual payment, and the rental contract was in Turkish, leaving me with no choice but to sign it. Getting the car involved going to a large parking lot across the street at another rental company, which was not easy. The car itself was in very good condition.

no counter at the airport. we had to call agency to be picked up. once picked up they drove us to a gas station nearby and handed over the car. return was at the same gas station. correct process

Pickup was a little confusing as rental company does not have an office located at the airport, however we were picked up and taken to car promptly. Car presented was clean (an older model but in pristine condition). Drop off was very simple, we just had to take car where we picked it up and the agency came and collected it. Highly recommended

this is 2nd time using Qeeq, and I must say it's great. Pricing simple, usage of the app simple. Havent spoken to customer service and I hope I wont have to.
