The service was attentive, and the staff were well-versed in the workflow.

The staff at the store don't speak English, which made communication quite difficult. The pick-up and drop-off process took a long time and was inefficient, but the car was in good condition, and there was no upselling.

The car have a problem in the fuel indicator forced me to fill the tank while I take the car with half tank. The staff knows that the car have this problem but they did not informed me about it when I received the car. I asked the guy in your office to pay me half the cost of the fuel but he refused while it is your problem and not my problem.

Please pay me or ask Garenta company to pay me 50 TL which I pay more than actual

It was a great experience. We originally booked a compact SUV, but the trunk was too small for our luggage. The staff at the store suggested we switch to a sedan, and we only needed to pay the price difference. They were very helpful.
