At first, one of the staff members was not helpful and had poor English skills. He was very impatient when explaining their full insurance policy and clearly lacked professionalism. Then another young employee took over and was much more patient.
The store is right at the airport exit and operates under the same management as Enterprise, though you'll need to walk quite a distance to pick up the car. The rental company upgraded us to a Peugeot SUV, which was great.
Overall, it was pretty good. The rental company upgraded to a Fiat sedan. Unfortunately, as it was my first time renting a car, I didn't check thoroughly and forgot to bring my international passport, which caused inconvenience for my trip to the second country.
Overall, pretty good. The actual car provided was a Peugeot 2008, a new model from June this year. It suits the local road conditions perfectly. Highly recommended!
Although they replaced my car, it was still the same class. I want to especially thank the QEEQ customer service team for their quick responses, which made us feel supported and guided like by family during an overseas car rental. It brought great peace of mind. I’ve already recommended QEEQ to my friends.
Experienced drivers will find driving a manual car quite enjoyable. Driving from Fethiye to Butterfly Valley wasn’t as challenging as people online mentioned. However, I recommend not using a manual car if you're taking the D400 route or heading to Cappadocia, as it can be a bit tiring.
I chose this company because of the high ratings from other customers and the feedback mentioning no upselling practices. As it is an international chain and the car options matched my preference, it seemed like a good choice. Since I have rented cars in many countries before, including in Azerbaijan and Georgia in May, I naturally make comparisons. Overall, it was pretty good. There was upselling, but it wasn’t pushy. Both car pickup and return were very convenient. Extending the rental by one day was no issue at all.
At the airport counter, they recommended an upgrade, saying the car was newer and fuel costs would be lower. We saw the price difference wasn't significant, so we went for it. The car was in great condition, driving experience was smooth, and it was comfortable to ride in. The staff at the counter explained the key points to note, but picking up the car from the parking lot felt a bit rushed.
Pickup and drop-off were smooth. They promoted insurance but didn’t pressure me to buy it. The car provided had some scratches but was in excellent condition. However, the deposit hasn’t been refunded even after 9 days!
