There was a Taiwanese guy who spoke Mandarin, which was quite convenient.

No response after feedback. The service was still quite enthusiastic!

No waiting in line, the procedures were handled directly. The reception staff carefully explained how to use the RV and provided a user manual and video instructions. The safety belt repair took a long time when picking up the vehicle, but they waived the RV cleaning fee when we returned the vehicle. We later added full insurance, with a zero deductible, and we didn't have to provide a credit card deposit. Otherwise, the credit card fees would have been significant. Note that the full insurance does not cover the roof.
