Great, much better than the Frankfurt train station branch by a huge margin. Anyone traveling to Frankfurt should book a car at the city center or airport locations. Avoid the train station branch—it’s a complete rip-off.

Just returned the car, so not sure about the follow-up yet, but overall the experience has been great so far.

The upselling was a bit excessive. They recommended this BMW electric car to us for 30 euros per day. We rented it for 3 days and didn't need to recharge it. The car rental staff assured us that we didn’t need to return it fully charged and that parking outside was free. It had a range of over 360 kilometers at pickup, and we returned it with over 200 kilometers of range remaining.

The front desk staff was quite patient. Despite our limited English skills, the three of us communicated together and he answered all of our questions. During the process, he suggested we upgrade the car, concerned our luggage might not fit, but we declined. It turned out to be a bit cramped, but overall the experience was good.
