Both pickup and drop-off went smoothly. The customer service was very patient. We arrived early and asked if we could pick up the car earlier than scheduled and return it earlier as well. The representative actively negotiated with their manager and agreed to our request. We rented a small Japanese Toyota, and the car model we booked was available. The vehicle was relatively new, in good condition, and easy to drive. The pickup and drop-off locations were easy to find with GPS navigation. Overall, this was our first time renting a car for self-driving abroad, and the experience was excellent. QEEQ's platform made self-driving for overseas trips much more convenient—truly wonderful.

I purchased full insurance, and insurance in Europe is really expensive.
