The overall service was excellent and highly efficient. There was no forced promotion of insurance or hidden charges. The pickup and return process was very quick, and the car was great. I rented a Citroën C5, which was particularly enjoyable to drive. The vehicle was in excellent condition and had undergone thorough cleaning, making the ride comfortable and pleasant. Fantastic experience!

Young drivers are required to pay a young driver fee and are forced to buy insurance, and purchasing insurance at the store is much more expensive than buying it on the platform.

When picking up the car, they forced me to pay €3 per day for winter equipment, which should normally be included as standard. Then they also asked for a €10 car wash fee. When returning the car, even though I had purchased the car rental company’s full insurance (specifically because I was worried they wouldn't accept full coverage bought in my home country), the company still found a minor flaw—unsure if it existed before—and forcibly charged me a €61 handling fee. No wonder they insisted that I film a video of the car during pick-up. The car pick-up was at over 9 PM—it was cold, I was hungry, and the car was parked outdoors with poor lighting, making it impossible to properly capture any details even with a video. It felt like a trap for customers. I've been renting cars in Europe for over 10 years and have rented in Italy several times before, but this was the first time I encountered a situation where full insurance from the car rental company still required additional charges. I also have photos of the so-called damage, which clearly wasn’t an issue. The rental company was being deliberately difficult. Who can I file a complaint with about this?

The car rental company Felirent had very poor customer service. The front desk staff was extremely unhelpful and made the document check unnecessarily difficult, delaying my car pickup for 2 hours with an attitude as if I owed her money. The same behavior occurred during the car return. I had scheduled to return the car at 8:20 AM, arrived on time since I was in a hurry to catch my flight, but she deliberately wasted my time, making me wait 15 minutes before proceeding with the handover. Her attitude only improved when she noticed I had returned the car with at least 20 liters of extra fuel.

Few things that I did not like: - The place does not accept a Venezuelan license despite the license being international - The person that we spoke to did not speak any English but only Italian which made the conversation painful - The staff did not explain to us how tolls work in Italy so we paid a ticket because we did not know how they work

Avoid this company at all costs! They impose mandatory charges every time, ranging from €2 to over €10. When I told the manager the car was thoroughly clean, he increased the cleaning fee from €10 to €20. They force a cleaning fee even if the car is spotless. The manager is unprofessional and they intentionally don't provide floor mats, still charging you even if you've cleaned everything.

The service was excellent and very satisfying.

The car was not provided with a full tank of fuel, and scratches that weren't caused by me were still blamed on me. They ignored my concerns, and the €700 pre-authorization was never released, luckily I had full insurance.

The car lacked engine oil, so I added €79 myself. They have not reimbursed me yet and charged my credit card for no apparent reason.

Overall satisfied! However, the prepaid deposit has not been refunded yet.
