They unexpectedly found three barely visible scratches. I was in a hurry and didn’t take photos, resulting in a 500-euro charge! This rental company should be used with caution!
We rented from this company because it was the only one allowing cross-border travel. They charged a €96 cross-border fee but only provided a photocopy of the vehicle documents. At border crossings, some countries required the original, which led to lengthy explanations. The booking was for a 5 PM pickup, but we arrived early at around 12 PM. They didn’t allow an early pickup and asked us to wait. After waiting for three hours, they informed us the car was ready. They tried to sell us insurance but didn’t insist since we had full coverage through the rental platform. When returning the car, the front mudguard had a small white scratch, likely from another driver, and we were charged €180 for repairs. The rental location isn’t at the airport, so you have to call them to send a shuttle, which takes about 10 minutes to reach the airport.

The car that I requested was not the same that one that I got I didn’t like the condition of the exterior it was full of mud, dust, etc. it has a lot of visual imperfections

El auto estaba bien, nuevo, pero nuestra experiencia con noleggiare fue mala.
En la retirada estuvimos 2.5 hs. Tuvimos que pagar 450 euros extras por que el auto manual no estaba y el automático valía ese extra. El auto llegó limpio por fuera pero por dentro con papeles, basuras y pañuelos sucios de los que lo usaron anteriormente.
Por otro lado conversamos en la retirada que el auto debíamos devolverlo
16/17 hs. Lo convenimos ambas partes. Me dieron el ok.
Luego en la devolución quisieron cobrarme un día de mas.
Aún no sé qué harán con mi depósito. Quisiera que me sea devuelto.
Lo peor de todo fue que les dijimos que iríamos a las montañas con nieve, que necesitábamos ruedas de invierno y nos dijeron que fuéramos tranquilos que eran ruedas all in one. Nos dieron además unas cadenas textiles muy malas. Fue peligroso manejar. Debimos comprar extra cadenas para poder transitar aún con calles que pasó la máquina era resbaladizo manejar.

First of all, super, super hard sell on insurance by counter staff. Just show that you have bought insurance and stand your ground. They tried scare tactics, shrug as if you are being really dumb etc. Print and bring along your insurance - the moment they see it they will stop saying things like you are not covered.
Then... thankfully because I read earlier reviews, I took a good video of the car at the collection point. They inspected the car super carefully at return and picked up on the smallest of dings which other companies do not do. The moment I said I had a video and could show proof, they did not press the matter. They said the boot cover was missing, I said it did not have one at pick up, "want to see the video?" and then they just dropped the issue.

Rita at the counter is great. They explain about the 'limited insurance ' and you can upgrade BUT no hard sell.
They also go to the car with you as you check if there is any pre-existing damage.
The car rental company is extremely unpleasant. During the final inspection, they used a flashlight to scrutinize the car body for scratches. Then, they checked the underside by kneeling on the ground and feeling the plastic underbody for scrapes, claiming any damage would require compensation. They said unless we recorded a video of the car's underbody when renting it, we would be held responsible. Honestly, who records a video of the underbody when renting a car? It’s just a blatant way to extort money. The staff was also rude. Absolutely disgusting experience. Avoid this company at all costs!
