Vehicle was clean and in good condition. Winter tires were in the car as promised. Check in was quick and without any unexpected things. Counter staff explained everything to me. It was quick. Paid 1400 eur deposit from credit card. It was released right after drop off. Brought back with less fuel(forgot to put fuel before arrival), and it was ok me to pay the fuel difference. Drop off was quick also, staff was very helpfull. Then they drive us to the airport. It was first time I rented a car in Italy. And I saw too many very bad experience reviews from others for other rent companies. But then I discovered Centauro with good reviews. And now from my own experience I would 100% recommend this company. Reasonable price and good quality car and service.

Bad car. Asked to change it and they said no. Old, dented and scratched car with over 132000 km. Had to replace my own windshield wipers and didn’t get reimbursed.

No issues with QEEQ.com. The only thing I would recommend to have flexibility for car pick up. Had to wait 3 hours because they would not release the car even though it was parked. Dumb!

The car assigned to me had only 50,000 kilometers on it, but the roof was full of dents, there were scratches all around, and the bottom corner of the right front door was damaged. Of course, these damages did not affect driving. What truly impacted the drive was that a tire got punctured and leaked air during the trip. This car didn’t have a spare tire, and using tire sealant and inflating it didn’t work, so I had to find a repair shop. They refused to patch it and only replaced it with a used tire at my own expense to get me back to the rental location. However, the rental company wasn’t satisfied with the replacement tire and charged me for a new one. Both charges are currently being processed through insurance claims, and I hope it gets resolved smoothly.

The car rental process was efficient, the service was thoughtful, the return procedure was convenient, and the vehicle was in good condition. The deposit was promptly refunded after the car was returned.

This is by far the worst car rental experience I have ever had. The counter staff fraudulently upgraded my vehicle without my consent and overcharged me 90 euros. This fee is almost double the original rental cost. I did not receive any receipts or notifications about the upgrade during the entire rental process, which is clearly fraudulent. I will definitely never rent from this car rental company again.

Thanks to the helpful assistance of QEEQ customer service, my issue has been resolved satisfactorily. The compensation for my loss is a testament to their commitment to customer service.

The rental company seemed understaffed. The same employees were handling shuttle driving, front desk tasks, and car return processing. Some staff had a negative attitude, often not responding actively to inquiries—questions had to be asked multiple times to get an answer. This wasn't just our experience; other customers waiting to pick up their cars had similar issues, with no one responding in the lobby. The first car we received hadn't been maintained; it immediately showed an engine oil change reminder upon starting. They did replace it for us quickly, but it cost us some time. Overall, if possible, it's better to choose a more renowned rental company.

The car was due for maintenance soon. After driving for 100 kilometers, it ran out of oil, and I had to buy oil myself at my own expense.

It was an old car with 80,000 kilometers on it. When renting, I informed them that I had already purchased full coverage from QEEQ, and while their attitude cooled immediately, they didn't push additional insurance. During pickup, I saw several cars in the parking lot with smashed windows, which made me quite anxious. Wherever I parked, I made sure to clear the car of all belongings, fearing break-ins. When returning the car, the staff thoroughly inspected for damages using a tablet that showed the vehicle's previous condition. Since there were no new damages, everything was fine with no issues. My worries were eased a bit, though I'm still waiting to see if there will be any traffic fines later. I suggest QEEQ remind customers renting cars abroad to bring a phone mount. I forgot mine this time, and it was extremely inconvenient.
