U-SAVE CAR RENTAL REVIEWS IN ITALY

Usave seems to be a very small third-party agency. When taking the shuttle, the driver said he had never heard of this company and almost didn't let us board. After repeated confirmations, he only agreed to take us to the car pickup location to sort things out. Sure enough, the staff at the pickup location were also unfamiliar with this company and eventually told me that there was no record of my booking.

Although the vehicle had some exterior damage, the store's records were clear and responsibility was well-defined.

There was no pre-rental inspection, and they directly charged 1000 euros from my credit card afterward, claiming it was for repair fees. I rented a Toyota Aygo, an exceptionally small car.
