Very satisfied overall, but you might need to wait a bit during busy hours since the car rental location gets crowded. (Compared to back home, the staff here work at a slower pace, which is normal in Europe. Maybe we're just too fast!)

Very satisfied. Arrived 2 hours early, the MG car wasn't available, didn't want to wait, so paid extra to switch to a Steyr (this model is not listed on QEEQ). The car was in good condition. There were a few scratches when picking it up, but I just took some photos and didn't inspect it closely. I was a bit worried about problems when returning the car, but fortunately, the staff confirmed the damages were old, and they accepted the return smoothly. EUROPCAR is still pretty good.
