The entire process was very smooth. After mentioning that I had purchased QEEQ's insurance, they just informed me that I would be responsible for any issues and did not try to upsell additional insurance. The deposit was 300 euros. The car I received had several scratches, but the rental company emailed a report listing all the pre-documented scratches. When picking up the car, I compared it against the report and was advised to promptly report any other issues to the staff. For the car return, simply navigate to the terminal and pay attention to the 'car rental' signs near the airport. Just follow the signs, and everything will be fine.

I think overall it's pretty good. There was no aggressive upselling of insurance. When picking up the car, there was a 'prepaid fuel option' for €97, and they said it would be refunded if the car is returned with a full tank. I was initially worried they wouldn't refund it upon return, but they did refund it when I returned the car fully fueled. I was also concerned about potential issues during the car return process, but they inspected the car on the spot and issued a receipt clearly and promptly. Everything was transparent and straightforward.
