Very satisfied. The car was in excellent condition, a Jeep SUV model. We drove from Santiago on a one-day road trip to the end of the world. Started at 8 AM and returned around 3 PM to drop off the car. The location was right next to the train and bus stations, so we could directly take the bus to Porto afterward.
Overall, I am quite satisfied with the rental company. Although it is a bit far from the airport, when you reach the P2 parking lot, you'll find a small yellow shuttle with the rental company's logo to pick up customers. The shuttle bus takes you directly to the rental office, where the process is efficient. The cars are relatively new, very comfortable to drive, and it's convenient to refuel, as there are clear instructions on the fuel cap about which type of fuel to use. However, the only downside is the mandatory insurance purchase. Even though I already bought insurance through QEEQ when booking, I still had to buy it again. In the future, I will only purchase basic insurance on QEEQ.
This company requires an additional deposit for fuel, which will be refunded if the car is returned with a full tank. There's a QR code for check-in at the entrance; it’s recommended to upload your identification information while waiting to speed up the pick-up process.
CENTAURO at Seville Train Station is easy to locate, and both pick-up and drop-off are very convenient. I selected the basic package online and upgraded to full insurance at the store. The staff only charged a fuel deposit, so I didn't need to pay a vehicle deposit. There's a gas station right across from the car rental, making it convenient to return the car with a full tank. The fuel deposit was refunded by the third day after returning the car, which was quite efficient. I rented the car for just one day to travel between Seville and Granada, and the rental company had no mileage restrictions for single-day rentals. This made driving more flexible than using public transportation, and the overall cost was advantageous as well.
The service was good overall, but the business is extremely busy. I had to wait in line for almost an hour to pick up the car, so plan your rental time accordingly.
The airport shuttle had a long queue on the day of pickup, but the shuttle driver provided a number and the counter would call the numbers in advance, so it was fairly quick.
