Satisfied.

This time we were provided with a slightly larger Volkswagen than the T-Roc, with only 18,000 kilometers. It was perfect because we had a long trip and needed a new, high-performance car.

Everything was great except for some difficulties in communication.

Very good, the staff can speak English and are very friendly. They noticed my booking was through QEEQ and didn't try to upsell any insurance, instead explaining that if there's coverage beyond the basic insurance provided by the rental company, I should pay first and then claim through QEEQ's insurance provider. The process seems clear. During the car handover, they provided a clear explanation of the damages on the car, overall quite professional.

Everything was very good except that the pickup location was a bit far away! The service attitude was also great!

I gave the service 4 stars mainly for the staff at the car return location; he was really friendly and helpful. However, the staff at the pickup location had a heavy accent in English and seemed a bit impatient. Besides, they replaced our reserved car model, but the car they provided was still relatively easy to drive.

Patient and clear

Enterprise is a well-known car rental company. I've used them several times when traveling abroad, and they are quite reliable. The actual car we received was quite large, with no problem fitting all our luggage. However, their 24-hour emergency contact number often doesn't go through, which is a poor experience.

The service was great. Once I mentioned I had purchased full coverage through QEEQ, they didn't try to upsell any additional insurance.

Overall, it's quite good. The car pickup point is at a corner of Milan Central Station. Look for the Blue Elephant car rental; the three companies are together there. Remember to attach a photo to the QEEQ white form, otherwise, the staff will ask you to take one, and the photo booth is at the metro transfer area of the train station. They will ask if you need insurance, but if you say you have already bought it, they won't ask again.

The rental company provided a free upgrade, and the Peugeot 208 was very easy to drive. There were no significant damages when picking up the car, and the deposit was refunded promptly after returning the vehicle. The only downside is that the return location is only open until 1 PM on weekends, resulting in an additional $20 parking fee.

Overall very satisfied! At the store, we upgraded to a larger car upon our request. We also purchased full insurance, so they didn't inspect for minor damages when returning the car. The vehicle was a bit old, having been driven 70,000 kilometers, but the deposit refund was super fast—we received the cancellation notification the next morning! This rental company offers great value for money!
